Bladed buckler: inscribable/handleable? - Guild Wars Forums

Just a quick question for everyone. They introduced a new type of shield, the bladed buckler in the may 07 update, and I'm wondering if it can be upgraded with a shield handle/ come in inscribable versions.

I am NOT talking about the bladed shield, that's a factions shield item that looks exactly the same and can't be upgraded with a handle.
